Your IMS truck just arrived at our delivery site. WOW - where's my EASY button? Just wanted to thank everyone for the very quick work.
I can't say enough about how well your team performed last Thursday night in getting a very important piece of our business moved in a short period of time. Steve and his guys were very professional in their approach and planning and it really showed in their execution. We were 1.5 hours behind schedule when we got to Steve's steps, his team performed flawlessly and when they were done moving the gear to RDE (IMS's part of the project) we were actually an hour ahead of schedule. They saved us 2.5 hours total and that turned out to be a huge deal in the overall project execution. I can tell you this without a doubt, when I move gear in the future, IMS WILL be my first choice for getting that type of work done. Even since the move, Steve has reached out to me to talk about how we could improve the process in the future and how IMS can further help me with server moves going forward. Great Job from IMS, especially Steve.
A big kudos to you and your staff for taking such good care of us on this goofy load. It's nice to know when things go south that there are folks out there like yourselves willing to help right the problem!
Industrial Maintenance and Service (IMS) has been a terrific partner to CTS Specialized Inc. (contractor for Iron Planet Auctions) for the last several years. They have been very accommodating to our storage and transportation needs and have been an extremely valuable asset to the growth of our business.
I would rate IMS more than OUTSTANDING!
